Explanation
- The POPT (Thread) rupture disc is used widely in the laboratory pressure
equipment, the high pressure caldron, the pressure accumulator, the
compressed air, the liquid system, or the gas gauge.
- POPT consists of the three parts of the base holder (inlet), the holding
ring, and the nut (outlet).
- If the rupture disc is assembled, the disc shaping surface is stuff ed out
into the ring.
- The base holder and the holding ring enhance the sealing eff ect needed
to seal the rupture disc when fastening the nut.
- It should be mounted with the standard holder of our company for use.
Properties
- It is the type suitable to the application of high pressure.
- The burst area and rated capacity are excellent.
- It is the solid disc type. It has the excellent safety grade. It can be applied
widely in the high temperature. It excels in resisting corrosiveness.
- The disc material quality can be applied variously according to the
temperature and corrosiveness of fl uid. (SUS316L, Nickel, Monel, Inconel,
Titanium, etc.)
- It is the single-layered structure type formed by the rupture design.
- The fastening part consists of the screw type. Both male and female
types are possible.
