Explanation
- The POPR(REVERSE BUCKLING KNIFE-BLADE) rupture disc is manufactured
in the reverse dome shape. The disk is reversed by the knife of the holder
(outlet). It is divided into four fl oral leaves and broken.
- The knife-blade consists of the same four pieces without fragments
and cuts through the rupture disc. It is the type without contamination
generated by the metal in the process.
- It can be used widely in the gas, steam, and liquid areas.
- It is the type enduring the back pressure, vacuum, and pulsation well.
- It should be mounted with the standard holder of our company for use.
Properties
- It is the type suitable to the application of middle and high pressure.
- It is the solid disc type. It has the excellent safety grade. It excels in resisting
high temperature and corrosiveness.
- The disc material quality can be applied variously according to the
temperature and corrosiveness of fl uid. (SUS316L, Nickel, Monel, Inconel,
Titanium, etc.)
- The vacuum support is unnecessary. It is cheaper than the disc of another
model.
- It is the single-layered structure type formed by the rupture design.
- The disc rupture can be monitored in the control room by applying the
alarm sensor system. (Optional)
