Explanation

The PVSFC (Solid Flat Circular) explosion vent panel is the solid aluminum panel.

‌‌‌‌‌It is designed for the protection in the low pressure suspension state. It is the most economical single plate type vent panel that can be used in the positive pressure, vacuum, and vibration conditions.

It is installed to mainly protect the low pressure and air pressure storage type container.

‌It is the type broken by the internal pressure of fluid with the solid aluminum size and thickness decided by the burst design value without intentional processing.

‌It is installed with the gasket between the standard or non-standard companion fl anges or frames.

Properties

It is the type suitable to the application of low pressure.

‌‌‌‌‌It is used as the solid aluminum single plate type without the sealing sheet. However, Tefl on is applied to prevent corrosion in some cases.

149℃ is applied as the maximum operating temperature of the solid aluminum panel. However, if the heat shield is applied, maximum 350℃ can be applied by applying the heat shield to the lower part.

The various material qualities such as non-asbestos, Tefl on, silicon, rubber, etc. are used for the gasket.

‌It can endure vacuum by applying the vacuum support if needed.

‌The panel rupture can be monitored in the control room by applying the alarm sensor system. (Optional)

‌The fatigue degree of the metal or the circular durable period is improved more in comparison with the fl at type.
